William M. Manger, Jr.

Previously, Mr. Manger was Associate Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) where he oversaw field operations and almost 1,000 employees. He also was acting Associate Administrator for the Office of Entrepreneurial Development. Prior to that, Mr. Manger was the SBA’s Regional Administrator for Region II based in New York City. He ran for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2004. Mr. Manger was a Senior Policy Advisor to the Maritime Administrator at the U.S. Department of Transportation. Prior to that, he was an elected Trustee in Southampton, New York for two terms where he was involved in all aspects of managing the municipality. Mr. Manger was a Vice President at Zanett Capital, Inc. where he worked on private equity placements.

Mr. Manger serves as a Trustee of the Riot Relief Foundation which benefits the families of New York City policemen and firemen killed in the line of duty.

He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. Mr. Manger also holds a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
